How do you get on the guess list?
You can enroll online at GUESS.com or GUESS.ca. You can also enroll at any participating GUESS, GUESS Factory, GBG or Marciano store in the US (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. A valid email address is required to become a GUESS List member and receive program benefits.

How do I change my guess card number?
Visit a participating GUESS Factory store for card replacements. Contact Customer Care at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444-8377) for your Points and Rewards from your original account to be transferred to your new account and for your original account to be deactivated.

Can you use a guess gift card at Guess Factory?
Classic Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can be redeemed at any GUESS, Marciano or GUESS Factory branded retail stores or online stores in the United States and Canada.
Do guess gift cards expire?
GUESS Gift Cards are transferable and contain no expiration date.
Does guess factory ship to PO boxes?
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Business days are limited to Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays and we do not ship to P.O.
What delivery does GUESS use?

Items purchased on sale, promotion, clearance, or otherwise excluded by GUESS?, Inc., in its sole discretion, are not eligible for price adjustments. Not applicable to gift card purchases or where prohibited by law. All Second Business Day and Next Business Day orders are shipped via UPS.
How many days does GUESS take to deliver?
Once shipped, most orders should arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipping notification email or by logging into your account at GUESSJEANS.com. Once the order is submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed.
How long is standard shipping for GUESS?
Standard Shipping – Free
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Weekend orders are processed on Mondays. Holiday orders are processed the next business day. Your order should arrive within 3-6 business days.
Can I cancel a GUESS order?
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER? Yes! We may be able to cancel your order if it has not been shipped.
Does GUESS offer international shipping?
GUESS Watches are pleased to now offer international delivery to 25 countries.
Does GUESS Canada ship to us?
Shipping offer applies to standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories) and Canada. Shipping discount will be reflected on the Payment Page.
