Provide your GUESS List card for in-store purchases. For online purchases, log in to your account and add rewards on the Payment Page below Credit Card Information. Select Apply Awards and your awards balance will be applied up to the subtotal of your order. Awards cannot be applied towards shipping charges.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Business days are limited to Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays and we do not ship to P.O.

How many days does GUESS take to deliver?
Once shipped, most orders should arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipping notification email or by logging into your account at GUESSJEANS.com. Once the order is submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed.
How do I track my order from GUESS?
Your GUESS tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at GUESS Online, simply Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly to the Order History section. Follow the link directly to the UPS site and enter your GUESS tracking number.
