Where can I pay my MLGW bill?
You can pay your bill at any one of the five MLGW Community Offices. The offices are open Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, to serve you. If paying by check or money order, be sure to write your 16-digit MLGW account number to ensure proper posting to your account.

What is a payment arrangement? Payment arrangements are scheduled payments that automatically process on the dates you select. The most common payment arrangement allows you to pay the total amount due in two installments. Both payments can be scheduled within 30 days from the date you are making the arrangement.
Does MLGW disconnect on holidays?
MLGW does not disconnect services for non−payment on weekends. MLGW’s Commercial Resource Center is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. − 5 p.m. , and is closed on weekends. Customers can check their account status−−including any past due amount−−by logging into My Account at www.mlgw.com.
Is MLGW a service disconnect?
MLGW considers disconnecting utility service for non-payment as a last resort and would rather work out a satisfactory payment arrangement. Customers in hardship situations may request an extension of their current bill’s due date, provided certain criteria are met and payment arrangements are maintained.
How do I set up payment ID for MLGW?

It’s simple
