What are value cards?
To help teams improve their collaboration I put together an exercise called Value Cards. With Value Cards, you create a safe space in which team members can explore their values, the behaviors those values shape, and how their values might clash with those of the people around them.

Values cards are very useful in helping clients identify their values. Values cards allow us to prompt clients with a range of values they may not have previously considered might be useful to them, and then have a discussion about values and what they mean to the client’s life.
